We have identified the cause of an incident impacting CLA+ and Project Financials, causing borrower submission rules not to appear on draws created yesterday or today (5/5-6). When creating new draws, you can temporarily work around this issue by editing and re-saving any workflows w/ borrower submission rules. Draws created prior to yesterday (i.e. before 5/5) are functioning correctly.
