We are currently investigating the cause of an incident identified at 10:30 AM CT on 10/22 impacting the Portfolio Page in CLA+, Deal Management, and Construction Financials, causing each property to be displayed twice. Any exports from the Portfolio Page will reflect the same issue.
As a workaround, users can go to the Reporting page, which is not impacted and is accurately displaying all data. At this time we do not know the cause of the incident or have an estimated time for resolution.
We will provide updates as we have them, and we appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue.
We are investigating the cause of the incident blocking users from receiving MFA login codes via SMS codes, which appears to be limited to those using T-Mobile devices. The issue was identified at 1:20 PM CT on 10/21. Users can call the Built Support team at 800-655-8138 for help transitioning MFA from SMS codes to an authenticator app in order to log in.
