We are currently experiencing an issue with our Zenfolio Classic platform where watermarks may not be applied correctly to images in newly uploaded galleries. This may appear as images not loading, or spinning icons symbols after an attempt to apply the watermark.
Our engineering team is investigating and currently working towards finding the root cause to implement a solution.
In the meantime, you may follow these workaround steps:
- Download the watermark from your account and re-upload it, optionally adding "2025" to the watermark title or similar indicator for clarity
- Select the newly uploaded watermark to apply to recently uploaded galleries
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we resolve this issue. As soon as we have more information to share, we'll provide another update here.
