Early customer data suggests our primary scanning solution, when running through the JSPlugin, may not work reliably on the newly released iOS 27. About 40-50% of submissions go through, but a higher share of jobs from this operating system are rejected compared to older iOS versions. The overall scan success rate is higher, because users who are unable to capture their ID through our primary solution will fall back to our secondary one. We're working with our provider to fix this and will update this page as our investigation continues.
