Investigating: Teachers and students may experience content that is slow to load. Our teams are working to address the issue now, and we will provide updates as they become available.

Investigating: On Wednesday, 2/26 and Thursday, 2/27 from 9PM ET until approximately 12AM ET, our teams will be upgrading a server. During this time users may experience brief interruptions while opening, editing a pdf, or creating a pdf assignment. If content is disrupted, it will recover automatically after the upgrade.

Resolved: This issue is resolved.

Monitoring: Our team is actively monitoring and maintaining Realize system health while we work in parallel to implement a permanent fix for the issue that impacted page loading earlier today.

Investigating: We are investigating an issue reported by some users that the Classes page and other pages in Realize are not loading properly. We are reviewing this and will will share updates as soon as possible.
