Test Data Ingestion

Details: Between August 1st and 4th, Test Reporting and Analytics users may not have received notifications via Email and Slack. A recent system update intended to improve performance inadvertently impacted the notification delivery pipeline, preventing messages from being dispatched via Email and Slack.

Impact: Email and Slack notifications were not sent during the affected period. Other platform functionalities and channels remained fully operational. No user data was impacted.

Resolution: The issue was identified and resolved on August 4th. Notification services have since been restored and are functioning as expected. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued support.
