Resolved: We can confirm that the issue resulting in a payout delay for a subset of customers has been resolved. 97% of the impacted payouts will be received by the end of the day October 13, 2026. The remaining 3% of impacted payouts will be received with a delay of up to 22 hours.

Monitoring: Our payment processing partner has confirmed that recovery is underway, and affected payouts are expected to arrive by tomorrow, October 14, if not sooner. No action is needed on your end. We’ll continue monitoring deposits and will share another update once processing is complete.
