Resolved: We have resolved an issue which caused Beacon After School Hours Email Summaries to not send to all customers. After monitoring the email send for this morning we expect the emails should now work as expected. We will continue to monitor in the coming week to verify that the email send is reliable.

Identified: We've identified a potential cause and are working to deploy a fix that will restore sending Beacon's after-school hours email summaries to all customers who opted into them.

Investigating: We're continuing our investigation into after-school hours email summaries failing to be delivered to some customers. We will continue to update as we identify and resolve the issue.

Investigating: We are aware of an issue where some customers are not receiving Beacon’s after-school hours email summaries as expected. This issue is only impacting a subset of users, and all other Beacon features are fully functional. Our team is actively investigating, and we will provide updates here as we learn more.
