Identified: We are continuing to investigate the issues impacting the Mass Uploader service, which remains unavailable across all regions. Our engineering teams are prioritizing this incident and will resume investigation with additional resources during Amsterdam morning hours to ensure a thorough resolution.

In the meantime, customers can continue to upload using the regular front-end uploader or via the API, which are functioning as expected.
