UHIN is currently experiencing an intermittent issue affecting our SFTP connections starting 6/20/26. Customers may see very brief periods when sftp.uhin.org is unavailable. If you are unable to connect, please try again. We are currently working to resolve the issue.
Providers using the McKesson clearinghouse may experience a high volume of 277CAs for duplicate professional claims received by Select Health on 6/9/2026. Due to an issue with an internal server Monday night, claim flow was disrupted and almost 1,000 claims did not make it into Select Health’s processing system. To ensure those claims made it into the system, the entire McKesson professional file was redropped, resulting in duplicates for all but the missing 1,000 claims.

Urgent Update: Select Health Transitioning to Zelis Payment Network – Action Required for Eligible UHIN Providers

We are aware that Select Health has issued a communication regarding the transition of all provider payments to the Zelis Payment Network, effective May 18, 2026. We want to provide immediate clarification and ensure there is no disruption to your remittance workflow. Please be assured that UHIN is available within the Zelis portal as a clearinghouse option, and your connectivity for Select Health remittances through UHIN will continue.
Here is what you need to know:
• Current UHIN Providers (Medical & Dental) – Immediate Action Required: To avoid disruption to your 835 file delivery, you must select UHIN as your clearinghouse in the Zelis portal prior to May 15. Delaying this action will result in disruption to your file delivery. For assistance, please call Zelis at 877-828-8770.Current UHIN Providers (Medical & Dental) – Immediate Action Required: To avoid disruption to your 835 file delivery, you must select UHIN as your clearinghouse in the Zelis portal prior to May 15. • Multi-Clinic Practices: Each clinic location associated with Select Health payments must be updated individually within the Zelis system.

Please be assured that your connectivity to Molina of Utah through UHIN will remain active and uninterrupted.

No Action Required: You are not required to join or transition to a new clearinghouse (such as Availity or SSI).
Continued Service: You may continue to submit your claims through UHIN exactly as you do today.
Ongoing Collaboration: UHIN is actively coordinating with Molina of Utah to manage the backend technical transition to ensure it remains seamless for our providers.

PEHP’s new claim editing software effective July 1, 2026
As part of the implementation of our new claims payment system, PEHP is also updating the software used in its claims editing application. Beginning July 1, 2026, PEHP’s new claims editing software will go live. This updated software will incorporate Medicare NCCI edits, which can be customized to align with PEHP’s clinical policies. The new software will support more accurate coding practices without changing PEHP’s existing clinical criteria.
While the new software may apply more edits than our previous system, we do not anticipate any disruption to current claims adjudication processes.
