SelectHealth’s Dental EFT file from 5/27/25 has experienced issues. Dental payments usually received on Thursdays will be delayed at least one day. SelectHealth is working as quickly as possible to resolve the situation.
Utah Medicaid users:
UHIN worked closely with Utah Medicaid to investigate missing/duplicated HIPAA transaction files 4/18 through 5/12. These issues have been resolved as of 12:00 p.m. 5/13/2025. No resubmission is necessary at this time. We appreciate your patience while this issue was corrected.
SelectHealth is resending 277CA files with a received date of 3/31/25. Some providers may experience duplicates. We realize this causes issues for some and we sincerely apologize. Our developers are currently working on a solution that will hopefully correct the issue.
SelectHealth 835 delay was due to a system outage following the complications from an upgrade. This caused the files not to be delivered out of the SelectHealth system.
This issue has been resolved. SelectHealth plans to repost the 835's from 03/13 - current. The 835 delays will continue until 04/02 in hopes they will all be caught up.
We are currently working on adding the imaging report section to the CCDs being generated. We will notify you once the fix has been implemented. Thank you for your understanding.
