UHIN is currently experiencing intermittent eligibility issues. The intermittent issue started on 01/13/25 at 6:50 AM MST. UHIN is aware of this issue and is working on a resolution.
As part of our efforts to enhance data quality in the CHIE, we have implemented a change to the manual patient panel upload process. Starting Tuesday, 01/07/2025, files containing duplicate MRNs will no longer be accepted. If duplicates are detected, our system will display an error message, prompting you to upload a corrected panel. We appreciate your cooperation and partnership as we continue to refine our processes. SelectHealth discovered an issue with 2/12/25 EFT payments. The issue has been corrected, and funds will be sent to banks today, 2/14/25. Providers may see funds deposited today, or, if processed overnight, deposited the next business day. SelectHealth apologizes for any inconvenience.
