Monitoring: Synchronization between JDE and Salesforce is currently occurring within expected timelines. We continue to work on a small number of orders that have not synchronized the installation date from Salesforce to JDE and are showing a 12/31/2041 promise date. We will continue to monitor the other systems involved for performance problems.

Identified: We have identified a possible cause for this issue and are implementing a fix. We have also identified that some scheduled orders in Salesforce may show a requested date of 12/31/2040 instead of the correct scheduled date. We are implementing a fix for this problem.

Investigating: We’re investigating an issue involving syncing issues between Salesforce and JDE. This is causing delays with JDE Orders showing in Salesforce and Scheduled Orders showing in JDE.

Monitoring: Dialpad's technical team has implemented a fix for this issue. We will work with users to validate the changes. Please let IT Support know if you continue to hear of customers experiencing issues while trying to text our Dialpad numbers.

Investigating: Some customers are receiving an error while attempting to text a Dialpad number. They receive an automatic reply indicating they are trying to text a land line. This appears to be linked to Verizon and Xfinity Customers. We’ve raised a support ticket to Dialpad’s Team.
