Investigating: We are investigating an issue where the pricing is incorrect when a configuration is loaded using the link in a quote confirmation email. While the pricing is incorrect, users also cannot proceed or checkout with the wrong price. We are working with our vendor to resolve this.

Investigating: Microsoft has confirmed Azure is down. This impacts multiple Tuff Shed applications such as the configurator and Conga Composer. Our team is continuing to monitor the situation and will update once we have more information.

Monitoring: We implemented a fix so that voided lines are now crossed out on the Order and ICA documents. Please try regenerating these again and let support know if you continue to see this issue.

Identified: Our team is aware voided lines are not crossed out on the Customer ICA and Order documents. We are working on resolving this as quickly as possible.

Resolved: We've confirmed this incident is resolved. Contact IT Support if you continue to have issues.

Monitoring: We've implemented a fix for the following errors:

1. The "What to Expect" document not attaching in packets
2. The quote total not correctly including tax
3. Scheduled Payments showing as $0 on the opportunity If you were experiencing any of these, please try to generate packets again and let support know if issues persist.

Investigating: Our team is investigating a set of known issues with the new document generator. These issues include the "What To Expect" document missing from the packet, tax not calculating correctly on documents, and scheduled payments showing $0 on the opportunity. This may also be affecting cut sheets updating when being reran. We are working to resolve these as quickly as possible.

Investigating: We are currently receiving reports that the "What to Expect" doc is not being included when performing the e-sign and in person signing. We are investigating this issue and will post updates as we find them.
