An issue has been reported that is preventing new items from being indexed and added to the cloud search index. We currently believe that all instances using the cloud backend for search operations are affected. We are working on resolving the issue.
We are currently investigating an issue affecting the FogBugz search functionality. Users may encounter a 500 Internal Server Error when attempting to search for cases. This issue appears to be impacting all On-Demand (cloud-hosted) users.
