Monitoring: Activity has significantly decreased and we are no longer treating this as a major incident, though work on the underlying issue is ongoing. We are taking steps to prevent future disruptions in the meantime.

Investigating: We have received multiple reports of problems with making outbound telephone calls and problems transferring calls. Our IT teams are aware and actively investigating. We will provide updates as they become available.

Resolved: Microsoft has confirmed that this issue has been resolved.

Monitoring: Microsoft reports that service availability has returned to above 99% and most Teammates should no longer be experiencing issues. Microsoft is finalizing the fix across their remaining infrastructure.

Monitoring: Microsoft has completed the majority of the remediation and mail flow continues to return to normal. Monitoring is ongoing to confirm stability before the incident is formally resolved.

Identified: Microsoft is deploying a staged remediation across their impacted infrastructure. Teammates should start to see email delivery restored gradually.

Identified: As of 4:36 PM ET, Microsoft is continuing to work on the issue. We will continue to monitor and update accordingly.

Identified: Microsoft has confirmed that issues with sending and receiving emails are related to an issue on their end. They have identified the cause and are actively working on a fix.

Investigating: Microsoft has acknowledged that they are investigating reports of Exchange Online issues, which are likely related to the issues sending and receiving emails. We anticipate the next update by 1:30 PM ET.

Investigating: We have received reports of teammates unable to send our receive email in Outlook. We are investigating this issue and will update this notice when new information becomes available.
