Resolved: We have confirmed that connectivity to Hendrick Wifi and Hendrick Guest have been restored.

Investigating: Hendrick Collision Center HWY 55 Durham is experiencing a partial network outage. While the primary network is operational, performance may be impacted. Other services, including the Hendrick WiFi and Guest wireless networks, and other miscellaneous devices are unavailable. Our IT teams are addressing the issue, and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Monitoring: We've received reports that Internet speeds have improved. We will continue to monitor and confirm resolution.

Investigating: Rick Hendrick Honda (Lakewood) is experiencing slow Internet speeds that are impacting web browsing, call quality, and applications that require Internet access such as ERA-Ignite. Our IT teams are addressing the issue and will provide updates as they are available.

Resolved: We were able to restore power to the network devices and have confirmed Teammates are able to connect to Hendrick Network.

Identified: Our Network team has identified an issue with power impacting connectivity to Hendrick Network. We are working to address the issue and will provide more updates as they are available.
