Resolved: Network connectivity has been restored.

Identified: Our carrier has identified a power issue, at one of their facilities, as the cause of the outage. We are working with the carrier to restore connectivity.

Investigating: We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Investigating: Hendrick Collision Center Birmingham is experiencing a partial network outage. While the primary network is operational, performance may be impacted. Other services, including the Hendrick Wifi, Guest wireless networks, and other miscellaneous devices are unavailable. Our IT teams are addressing the issue, and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Resolved: This item was resolved through a configuration change and mail delivery has remained fully functional since.

Monitoring: A workaround has been implemented and Teammates should be able to send external emails at this time.

Identified: Our IT teams have identified an issue with our email gateway provider. We are working to resolve the issue and will provide more updates as they are available.

Investigating: We have received multiple reports of Teammates receiving an Undeliverable message when sending out external emails. Our IT teams are aware and actively investigating. We will provide updates as they become available.

Resolved: The carrier has resolved the outage all services are functional.

Identified: Our carrier has acknowledged the outage and is actively investigating the cause. There is currently no ETA for resolution. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Investigating: Hendrick Acura Northlake is experiencing a network outage that is impacting telephones, Internet and applications requiring network access. Our IT teams are addressing the issue, and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
